1.1 The following terms of use apply to the use of the website or any other site established by Shir Meidan Studio that does not have specific regulations (hereinafter collectively: “The Site”). The term “The Site” refers to the site in all its parts and the site’s content of any kind, including all information and content contained on the site, whether visible to users or not.
1.2 Use of the site indicates your agreement to the terms of use, as stated and in full, and constitutes behavioral consent to the terms of use. The user is requested to read the terms of use carefully before starting to use the site.

1.8 The site’s terms of use are worded in the masculine form for convenience only, referring to both women and men.

It is forbidden to copy, publish, take screenshots, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, license, create derivative works, or sell or rent any part of the information, content, images, and video clips included on the site and/or make any use of the content, names, and trademarks displayed on the site, without the prior written consent of Shir Meidan Studio.
4.1. Links appearing on the site to websites not operated by Shir Meidan Studio (hereinafter: “Links”) are presented for the user’s convenience only. Shir Meidan Studio has no control over these sites and bears no responsibility for the content appearing on them. The inclusion of Links on the site does not indicate support for the content displayed on these sites or any other connection to these sites or their operators.
4.2. Shir Meidan Studio does not guarantee the proper functioning of the Links. Shir Meidan Studio may, at its sole discretion, remove any link from the site and/or add additional links.
5.1. Shir Meidan Studio places great importance on protecting the privacy of users on the site. Shir Meidan Studio’s privacy policy is detailed below and forms an integral part of these terms of use.

For example, projects they were interested in, properties and services they sought to buy or sell, information or advertisements they read on the site, the pages they viewed, the offers and services that interested them, the location of the computer used to browse the site and details about the computer, and more. Shir Meidan Studio will keep the information in its databases.

Shir Meidan Studio uses the information to improve the services and content offered on the site and to create new services or content that match user requirements and/or cancel existing services and/or content. The information Shir Meidan Studio will use for this purpose will be mainly statistical information that does not personally identify a specific user.

In any case, Shir Meidan Studio will not be responsible for any damage caused due to intrusion into the information held by it, and the user hereby waives their right to compensation for any damage, whether monetary or non-monetary, and any indirect or consequential damage.
6.1. The user undertakes not to perform the following actions: actions that may limit or prevent others from using the site, and not to use the site in a manner inconsistent with any law, including any change or deletion of information or content. An action constituting forgery, impersonation, deception, or fraud. To upload, retrieve, transmit, distribute, or publish information or other content that includes advertising of any kind, without express prior permission from Shir Meidan Studio. Any commercial and/or other use of the information and content on the site, or any part thereof.
6.2. The user undertakes to indemnify and compensate Shir Meidan Studio immediately upon its demand for any damage, direct or indirect, and/or any expense caused to Shir Meidan Studio in connection with a claim and/or demand arising from the use of the site, including any action contrary to these terms of use or the provisions of any law, and including for any infringing content the user publishes on the site.
6.3. The user agrees that, without prejudice to any other right of Shir Meidan Studio, in cases where Shir Meidan Studio fears that the user’s use does not comply with the provisions of the terms of use and/or any law, Shir Meidan Studio will be entitled to take any action it deems appropriate to protect its property and/or its rights and the rights of other users. Among other things, it may prevent the user from accessing the site and document and/or trace the user’s use of the site. Shir Meidan Studio may transfer details regarding the user’s identity and actions on the site to third parties, including in cases where the third parties prove, to Shir Meidan Studio’s satisfaction, that they are harmed by the user’s infringing activity.

It may also stop and start the site’s activity, refuse to grant access to the site or parts of it to any user, all at Shir Meidan Studio’s sole discretion and without prior notice. The user will have no claim against Shir Meidan Studio in this regard. Without detracting from the generality of the above, Shir Meidan Studio is not obligated to save the information and content of the site, whether originating from Shir Meidan Studio or from users or other parties, and it may delete it at any time.
8.2. If it is determined that any condition of the terms of use is invalid or unenforceable, then the conditions whose validity is negated or are unenforceable will be considered replaced by valid, enforceable conditions whose content most closely matches the meaning and intent of the original conditions, while the other terms of use will remain in effect.
8.3. Shir Meidan Studio may assign its rights and obligations under these terms of use, or any part of them, to any third party as it sees fit, without any obligation on the part of Shir Meidan Studio to publish the assignment on the site.
8.4. The user is not entitled to assign, transfer, or convey their rights and obligations under these terms of use, or any part of them, or any account or authorization given to them for the site or any part of it.
8.5. All activity on the site and everything related to it, including the terms of use, will be subject to Israeli law only. The exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute concerning the site and its use and the terms of use will be given to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
8.6. Shir Meidan Studio reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use at any time, at its discretion, and without prior notice. Any change to the terms of use will take effect immediately upon its publication on the site, within the terms of use, unless otherwise specified.
